According to FRWO's website, Dr. Masoud Mansour, in a message on the occasion of issuance of ownership document of Aq-Mashhad forest lands in the name of FRWO as the concerned representative of the Government, congratulated natural resources activists on this success. The text of the message is as follows:

In the name of God

FRWO as the custodian of the conservation, restoration, development and principled and sustainable use of the country's natural resources, is proud to rely on its committed and compassionate forces and with the support of nature-friendly people, it does spare no effort to do its duties. I thank God Almighty that the diligent pursuit of FRWO's colleagues and the support of the esteemed judiciary led issuance of ownership document of Aq-Mashhad forest lands in the name of the Forests, Range and Watershed Management Organization (FRWO) as the concerned representative of the Government and remains part of national capital in the custody of FRWO on behalf the Government. 

I would like to thank all the esteemed colleagues, non-governmental organizations, media and natural resources activists who pursued this case, as well as the esteemed judiciary and the Real Estate, Deeds and Properties Registration Department (REDPRD) that played a key role in advancing this case.

I congratulate our nature-loving people on this success, and I hope that by relying on God Almighty and in the shadow of the blessings of Hazrat-e-Valiasr (AS), we will continue to cooperate with each other in various fields to preserve natural resources and promote the prosperity of the Islamic homeland.
